ZnO:Mn稀磁薄膜光學性質和鐵磁行為分析

  摘 要:采用脈沖激光沉積技術在藍寶石(α-Al2O3)襯底上制備了不同Mn摻雜濃度的ZnO薄膜.實驗結果表明,合適濃度的Mn的摻人,有利于ZnO:Mn薄膜(002)生長而不形成Mn的氧化物,同時,所有的薄膜均呈現出了室溫鐵磁特性.隨著Mn含量的增加,薄膜光學帶隙紅移,對應的Mn離子電荷轉移躍遷吸收逐漸增強,磁化強度逐漸減小.實驗結果支持薄膜的鐵磁性起源于替位的Mn離子之間的長程鐵磁相互作用,Mn離子增加導致平均磁矩減小,可歸因于鄰近的Mn離子密度的增加引起的反鐵磁作用增強,相對應的sp-d交換作用逐漸增加.
